Golf Realms is a golf game for iPhone and Android phones. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. There are no Golf Realms accounts: you never give us your email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
Your progress, coins, gems, equipment, settings and round history are saved only on your device. We can't see them. Deleting the app deletes them, and Settings › Reset Progress clears them at any time.
When you finish an 18-hole round, the game posts it to that course's leaderboard so other players can see it. A posted round contains:
Nicknames are checked automatically, and names with slurs or obscenities aren't accepted. Leaderboards are stored by our hosting provider, Supabase. Rounds stay on the leaderboard until you delete them or we remove them.
Deleting your scores: Settings › Online › Delete my online scores removes every round you've posted. You can also ask us at guntergamesdev@gmail.com.
On iPhone, signing in to Game Center is optional. If you're signed in, Golf Realms uses your Game Center nickname and the player ID Game Center gives the game for its leaderboards, as described above. Apple's Game Center is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
You can report a round on a leaderboard for an offensive name or an impossible score. A report stores the round, the reason and your player ID. If several players report a round, it's hidden until we review it. Reports aren't visible to other players.
When you play online with a room code, your nickname, your golfer's look (outfit, ball and club finish), the club in your hands and your shots are sent to the other players in the room through Supabase's real-time service while the game is on. We don't keep a record of online games afterwards.
To learn how the game is played and what to improve, Golf Realms sends anonymous gameplay statistics to our hosting provider, Supabase. An event says what happened (for example a hole started or finished, a round finished, a course unlocked, an ad watched or a purchase made), with details like the course, the hole, the score and the game mode, plus the app version, the iOS or Android version and the time. Events carry a random ID created on your device just for statistics. It isn't your player ID, your Apple Account, your Google account or your device's advertising identifier, and nothing in the events identifies you.
You can turn this off at any time: Settings › Online › Share gameplay statistics.
Golf Realms offers optional purchases (Remove Ads, Coin Doubler, the Starter Pack and gem packs). Payment is handled entirely by Apple on iPhone and by Google Play on Android: we never see your payment details, Apple Account or Google account. The game checks with Apple or Google Play which purchases you own, and records that a purchase was made in the gameplay statistics (without any payment details).
Golf Realms is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Some ads are optional, such as watching an ad for extra coins. Others appear between holes, at most once every few holes. To show and measure ads, Google's software may collect:

Golf Realms isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has posted a score or nickname, contact us and we'll delete it.
We don't sell your information. We don't use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services. We don't ask for or collect your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
